How quickly can you schedule a shoot?
We typically schedule within 1–3 business days of your request. For urgent listings, contact us directly by phone and we will do our best to accommodate same-week or next-day availability.
Do you need the property staged before you arrive?
Yes — we shoot the property as it is. We will move minor items for composition purposes, but staging, cleaning, and decluttering should be complete before we arrive. A well-prepared property always produces better results.
Are your drone operations fully legal and insured?
Yes. Our lead drone operator holds FAA Part 107 certification, operates Remote ID-compliant aircraft, and is fully insured. We obtain LAANC authorization for controlled airspace. You will never have a compliance problem with our aerial work.
Can we bundle photo, drone, and video into one shoot?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Bundling all three media types into a single visit is more efficient, keeps the property in the same condition for all shots, and typically saves you money compared to scheduling separately.
Do you offer retainer pricing for high-volume agents?
